Clinical Work & Coaching
Clinical work
If you’ve been experiencing anxiety, trauma, or a pattern you can’t quite name, this is a place to slow down and work with it, not just talk about it.
I’m a licensed clinical social worker based in the Boston area, certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy. I specialize in acute and complex trauma, anxiety, depression, and experiences that can be difficult to put into words.
EMDR helps your brain differentiate between past and present so you can remember an experience without reliving it and replace any core negative beliefs you may have absorbed with truer positive ones.

My approach is collaborative and embodied. The body carries memories and patterns that the mind can’t always put into words. Depending on what’s needed, I may draw from somatic approaches such as Somatic Experiencing, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique / tapping), and IFS (Internal Family Systems)-informed parts work, while also bringing a systemic lens to how family and generational patterns may shape who you are today.
Coaching
For people integrating a psychedelic experience, or any other non-ordinary experience they’ve had elsewhere, I also offer integration coaching. These sessions provide a compassionate space to process and make meaning of what surfaced and weave the insights into your daily life and create new routines.
For those looking to clear obstacles, build healthy habits, enhance their relationships, or live in alignment with their values, I offer wellness coaching, in person or online. I meet you where you are and help you connect with your deepest desires and drives, identify and dissolve mental blocks, and harness your strengths.
“Our patterns are our nervous systems’ intelligence at play.”
— Samvedam Randles
Who it’s for
People navigating a major life transition
People seeking relief from anxiety, childhood trauma, or a recent traumatic event
People who want tools and practices for working with the nervous system
People who’ve noticed that understanding a pattern may not be enough to change it
People wanting support integrating a psychedelic experience they’ve had elsewhere
WHAT TO EXPECT
It begins with a conversation.
We start with an initial session to get a sense of what’s bringing you in and what kind of support you’re looking for. From there, sessions are collaborative. Some people come for ongoing therapy, while others choose focused EMDR work or longer EMDR intensives when they want dedicated time to work on a particular issue.
I don’t bill insurance directly. If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill you can submit for possible reimbursement.
