Coaching

Coaching with me

Changing patterns is never easy, but a compassionate partner can help. If you are looking to clear obstacles, build healthy routines, enhance your relationships, or live in alignment with your values, I offer wellness coaching, in person or online. We start with your goals, notice what’s in the way, and harness your strengths. This work can incorporate constellations, energy work, and sound.

For people integrating a psychedelic experience, or any other non-ordinary experience they’ve had elsewhere, I offer integration coaching. These sessions provide a supportive space to process and make meaning of what surfaced and weave the insights into your daily life, creating new habits and deeper connection to yourself and others.

Please note that I don’t provide, recommend, or facilitate the use of psychedelic substances, and that coaching isn’t therapy or a substitute for mental health treatment.

Looking for therapy instead? I offer therapy to clients located in Massachusetts.

“…the secret of living well is not in having all the answers but in pursuing unanswerable questions in good company.”

— Rachel Naomi Remen

Who it’s for

  • People navigating a major life transition

  • People looking to clear obstacles, build healthy routines, enhance their relationships, or live in alignment with their values

  • People wanting support integrating a psychedelic experience they’ve had elsewhere

Common questions

Is coaching therapy?

No. Therapy is clinical care provided under my Massachusetts license, with assessment, a treatment plan, and confidential health records. Coaching focuses on goals, habits, and integrating insights. It doesn’t diagnose or treat mental health conditions and isn’t a substitute for therapy. If coaching brings up something that calls for clinical care, I’ll say so and help you find the right support.

WHAT TO EXPECT

It begins with a conversation.

We start with an initial session to get a sense of what you’re looking for and the goals you want to work toward. From there, sessions are collaborative, in person or online.
