Energy & Sound
Energy work offers another way of shifting experiences and patterns that insight alone doesn’t always reach. I offer Advanced Integrated Energy Therapy® (IET), Reiki, and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT, or “tapping”), sometimes accompanied by crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments. Years spent teaching restorative yoga shape the pacing of these sessions.
As an IET practitioner, I create space for participants to move energy through the body and invite self-healing, using gentle touch at specific points on the body. These sessions can be accessed in person or online.
With EFT, participants focus attention on a particular issue or experience while tapping on acupressure points based on the meridian system used in Traditional Chinese Medicine. EFT can also be experienced in person or online and can be woven into clinical work. When it is, the same superbill option applies: if you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide one for possible reimbursement.
Crystal bowls, chimes, and other instruments complement these offerings, as well as adding a grounding and unifying element to groups and workshops.
Sound can enhance the effects of other modalities, or offer relaxation, clearing, and self-healing on its own. Your own voice may be incorporated as desired.
“With IET, we are creating a space for the client to do the healing. We are the facilitator; the client is the healer.”

I am professionally trained in the clinical use of EFT, so you may be able to receive insurance reimbursement for these targeted sessions. I don’t bill insurance directly, but I can provide a superbill so you can seek reimbursement from your insurance provider if you have out-of-network benefits.
-
